The order was picked up from Doordash Driver but not successfully delivered.

1.  Give the restaurant Doordash service number (855) 599-7066 and tell them to do these steps
   
1. Select English
   
2. Press 4 for Driver support
   
3. Provide the customer phone number on the order to the Doordash agent
   
4. Tell the agent for problem
   
1. Driver does not come to pick up the order
   
2. The driver picked up the order but have not delivered it yet
   
3. Try to get a Driver for delivery but not success
   
4. etc...
   
5. Let the Doordash Customer Service know if the restaurant wants to remake the order and have a new Doordash driver come to pick up the order to have successfully delivered.
   

1. After Log into the Supervisor Portal
   
2. Click on "Orders" at the top menu, where Blizzfull Logo located
3. Click on 
4. Enter an Order ID in the input box
   
5. The Customer Phone Number located at the Primary Customer Information

5. Go to the "Courier Deliveries" Tap
6. The Delivery ID located at the Courier Delivery ID
